I wanted to purchase a particular yarn recommended for a knitting pattern that I am making. When I searched for it, I found several different retailers who carried this yarn. The first one was a large retailer who. It was quite expensive and they said it would take weeks to deliver it to me.

I checked the next retailer, which was you, and you were less expensive (not a hugely, but definitely less). I worried though, that since you were smaller, it might be more risky. Still, given how long it was at the other retailer to get this yarn, I decided I’d try you instead.

And I’m so glad that I did! I was pleasantly surprised right from the beginning at how quickly you responded (through Shop) completing my order and then shipping out to me.

You were less expensive, faster AND provided me with a lovely pen and sticky notes.

I will DEFINITELY be telling other knitters that I know in the GTA to shop online with you.

Once again Jo’s Yarn Garden goes above and beyond in customer service. I placed a yarn order with a request that they process it quickly. I had a time constraint and was hoping it would arrive within a week. The next afternoon the yarn was delivered to my doorstep! At no expense to me they had shipped it with a private courier instead of Canada Post. Bravo, Jo’s Yarn Garden! You’re the best!
