Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are happy to accept returns of defective or damaged goods. We'll replace it if we can; if not, we will issue a full refund including your shipping charges within 2 weeks of receiving your returned shipment. Please reply to your original email confirmation to let us us know to expect your package.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for another reason, Jo's Yarn Garden is happy to accept returns of product(s) for store credit, only if the returned items are in unused, original condition and received within 3 months of purchase. Tags or ball bands must be in place. Skeins must remain unwound.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
-needles and notions
-sale and discounted items. .
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
